01 Data Collection

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your Name, Email, WhatsApp Number, and KYC Documents (for winners). We also collect device metadata and IP addresses to prevent fraudulent bot activity during live quizzes.

02 Communication (WhatsApp)

By joining our waitlist or purchasing a ticket, you consent to receive critical updates via WhatsApp and Email. This includes event reminders, winner announcements, and technical support. We will never sell your contact details to third-party telemarketers.

03 Payment Security

Brixblock does not store your Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking credentials. All financial data is encrypted and handled by our PCI-DSS compliant partner, Razorpay.

04 Data Retention

KYC documents provided by winners are stored in an encrypted vault and are used solely for the legal transfer of property and tax (TDS) compliance. This data is deleted after the mandatory legal holding period.

05 Your Rights

You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold or ask for its deletion from our active waitlist. You can unsubscribe from WhatsApp notifications by replying "STOP" at any time.
