Brixblock is a Skill-Based Competition Platform. In accordance with Indian Law and various Supreme Court precedents, the outcome of Brixblock events is determined by the superior knowledge, attention to detail, and speed of the participant. It is NOT a game of chance, a lottery, or gambling.
Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years of age to register, pay an entry fee, or participate in any event.
State Restrictions: Due to varying state legislations, residents of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, Telangana, and Meghalaya are prohibited from participating in paid-entry skill competitions on this platform. Brixblock reserves the right to geofence these regions.
Payment: All payments are processed via the Razorpay secure gateway. By initiating a transaction, you agree to the processing fees and terms of the gateway.
Ticket Validity: A ticket is valid only for the specific Property Drop/Event it was purchased for. Tickets are non-transferable.
KYC: Large-value winnings may require mandatory KYC (Aadhar/PAN) verification before the event or prize handover.
Stream Access: Entry fees provide access to a high-definition live stream of the property. Brixblock is not responsible for the participant's local internet connectivity issues.
The Quiz: The quiz consists of 5 questions based on the visual and verbal data provided during the live stream.
Winner Determination: The winner is the individual who answers the most questions correctly in the shortest amount of time. In the rare event of an exact tie in both score and time, a tie-breaker round will be initiated.
No Refund: Once a ticket is purchased and the event is "Confirmed," no refunds will be issued for "change of mind" or "no-shows."
Platform Cancellation: If Brixblock cancels an event due to technical failure or property withdrawal, a 100% refund will be credited to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
Event Extension: Brixblock reserves the right to extend the registration period for an event if the minimum participant threshold is not met. If extended beyond 30 days, participants may request a refund.
Publicity: Winners agree to participate in a verification video/call and allow Brixblock to use their name/likeness for marketing purposes.
Legal Transfer: The property acquisition process involves standard RERA guidelines. Brixblock facilitates the "Right to Acquire" at the discounted price. The winner is responsible for Registration Fees, Stamp Duty, and applicable TDS (currently 30% u/s 194B of the IT Act).
Zero Tolerance for Bots: Any use of scripts, bots, or external AI to answer quiz questions will result in an immediate ban and forfeiture of all fees.
Anti-Fraud: Multiple accounts by the same individual to enter the same event are prohibited.
